Hair loss has multifaceted effects for many people. These include self-image, the sense of control over personal changes, and often confidence in one’s own body. Although it may be a socially sensitive topic, the good news is that many forms of hair loss have medical causes that can be treated.
As part of our hair consultation, we focus on identifying the underlying causes and offer DR. CYJ Hair Filler as a peptide-based scalp treatment to support regeneration and create favorable conditions for the activity of existing and new hair follicles.¹ This is a minimally invasive procedure that we recommend as a complementary measure to causal treatment, particularly in the early stages of non-scarring hair loss.
If you value realistic expectations, medical precision, and honest advice, we invite you to book your appointment with us online or by phone.
DR. CYJ Hair Filler is intended for patients experiencing hair loss in whom the hair follicles are still fundamentally active. The decisive factors are not gender, but rather the cause, stage, and progression of hair loss.
Suitable for:
For example, as a result of stress, infections, hormonal fluctuations, or deficiency states
In women and men, particularly in the early stages
For instance, following periods of physical or psychological strain
Usually caused by genetic predisposition or metabolic changes
As part of a combined treatment approach with PRP (PRF), microneedling, or standard medical therapies
The treatment begins with the initial therapy phase consisting of four sessions at intervals of two weeks. During each session, the active ingredients (peptides) are precisely injected into the affected areas of the scalp using fine needles. Each session usually lasts 15 to 25 minutes and aims to continuously supply the scalp with the peptide complex and hyaluronic acid.
Patience is an important factor, as hair grows slowly. Accordingly, changes do not occur immediately. However, many patients report a reduced rate of hair loss after just a few weeks. Visible changes in hair structure or density typically develop after approximately 6 to 12 weeks.
After completion of the initial phase, we assess the treatment progress. Depending on the cause of hair loss, the initial findings, and any accompanying therapies, it may be advisable to stabilize the results achieved through maintenance treatments at longer intervals. This period is often around 6 to 12 months and is determined based on your individual progression.
When used alternately, the body’s own growth factors (PRP) and peptides (DR. CYJ) enhance each other’s effects. A six-week alternating cycle is typical.
Professional microneedling every four weeks can increase the scalp’s absorption capacity and further stimulate hair growth.
Two to three applications per week additionally promote blood circulation and regenerative processes. Ideal as a long-term supportive measure.
In combination with minoxidil or, in men, finasteride, particularly strong results can be achieved.
What makes this filler so distinctive is the interaction between hyaluronic acid and biomimetic peptide complexes, which are injected directly into the scalp.
Hyaluronic acid serves to hydrate the tissue, improve the scalp environment, and act as a carrier matrix for the peptides at the same time. In simple terms, the skin is “hydrated,” creating a solid foundation for both the active ingredients and the hair roots.
The biomimetic peptides then act as biological signaling molecules that target various regulatory mechanisms of the hair follicles. Clinical studies demonstrate effects on cellular communication, microcirculation, and inflammation-modulating processes.²
A third mechanism involves stabilizing the hair growth phase (anagen phase). In many forms of non-scarring hair loss, this phase is shortened, while more hairs prematurely enter the resting phase. Peptide-based therapy aims to positively influence this shift and promote a more favorable balance within the hair growth cycle.
Due to the natural nature of the active ingredients and their mechanisms, the filler is generally well tolerated. As with all injection-based treatments, temporary reactions may occur.
Possible, usually short-term reactions:
Hair loss is a complex process that rarely has a single cause. Accordingly, it requires treatments that address multiple factors and are embedded within a physician-led overall concept. In our dermatology practice, we use DR. CYJ Hair Filler as a valuable complementary therapy to support scalp regeneration and create favorable conditions for hair follicle activity.³
Whether this therapy is suitable for you always depends on your individual indication.
Our hair consultation provides the framework for thorough diagnostics and honest advice. Together, we develop a treatment concept that is medically sound and aligned with realistic expectations.
Feel free to schedule an appointment. We will support you professionally and personally on your path toward greater clarity and confidence in your hair treatment.
