Your responsibilities

Registration as well as appointment, email, and telephone management
Support in patient care
For outpatient procedures: preparation of instruments, assistance during surgeries, wound care, dressing changes, blood draws, and injections
Maintenance and care of medical equipment and instruments
Preparation and follow-up of examinations
General administrative and office duties

What you should bring

Good manners, strong communication and language skills
Enjoyment of working directly with our clients
Independent working style and team spirit
Well-groomed appearance
Completed vocational training
Fluent German skills
English skills are an advantage
