Before every treatment, we assess your skin condition to determine indications, treatment areas, and the possible number of sessions.
Prior to the actual treatment, the skin is carefully cleansed to remove residues and sebum, ensuring even absorption of the active ingredients.
This preparatory solution degreases the skin and optimizes the conditions for the controlled penetration of PRX-T33.
The active solution is applied and massaged into the skin in several layers, allowing targeted stimulation of the biostimulating effect in the dermis.
After completion of the treatment, excess product is removed from the skin with a damp pad. Neutralization is not required.
Once the skin is cleansed, we soothe it with nourishing products and provide UV protection – including skincare recommendations for home use.
TCA is a well-established active ingredient in dermatological medicine. In PRX-T33, it specifically stimulates fibroblasts in the dermis and can promote the formation of collagen types I and III. This can lead to long-term improvements in skin density, elasticity, and structure without significantly removing the skin surface.
In low concentration, hydrogen peroxide modulates the effect of TCA. This reduces superficial irritation, prevents the typical “frosting” reactions of classic TCA peels, and allows controlled, deeper penetration of the active ingredients.
Kojic acid regulates melanin production, thereby reducing excessive pigmentation, and can support treatment of uneven skin tone, mild pigment irregularities, and sun-induced skin changes. In addition, it has antioxidant properties.
PRX-T33 is generally well tolerated; however, as with any medical-cosmetic application, temporary skin reactions may occur.
