She began her medical studies at the University of Duisburg-Essen (preclinical phase) and continued her clinical training at Kiel University (Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel). Early in her career, she developed a strong interest in scientific research. She completed her doctoral thesis at the Department of Surgery at University Hospital Schleswig-Holstein, Campus Kiel, as well as at the Department of Surgery at the University Hospital Essen. She successfully obtained her doctoral degree in 2016.

During her specialist training in dermatology, Dr. Fadai completed clinical rotations at a leading dermato-oncology center as well as at renowned dermatology specialist practices. There, she further expanded her expertise in the management of skin cancers, dermatologic surgical procedures, inflammatory skin disorders, and innovative systemic therapies, including biologics.

After successfully passing her board certification examination in 2023, she continued to refine her clinical experience as a specialist at the Dermatology Practice at Krohnstiegcenter. Since December 2025, she has been practicing at the Dermatology Private Practice of Dr. med. Anna Brandenburg. She represents a highly individualized, patient-centered approach to dermatology, delivered at the highest professional standard.
