Who is a deep skin cleansing suitable for?

For patients with acne, deep skin cleansing is an essential part of the treatment concept: it gently opens blackheads and inflammations without unnecessarily irritating the skin, promoting faster healing of acne. In general, the treatment is suitable for skin impurities, keratinization disorders, and inflamed blackheads.

Treatment is not recommended during an active herpes infection to avoid possible cross-contamination.

Can patients with rosacea receive treatment?

Yes, medical deep cleansing is also beneficial for them. To avoid unnecessary irritation, we use particularly gentle, soothing formulations specifically designed for sensitive rosacea skin.

Which products are used?

For medical deep cleansings, we use products from SkinCeuticals. For acne during puberty, we rely on products from La Roche-Posay and Neostrata.

How often is deep cleansing recommended?

Depending on the level of inflammation, we recommend treatments every two to four weeks.
